People Suck

Some guy in line asks if there's any other cashier. So I called for a backup cashier for help. Two seconds later, he asks me "Why are you so slow?" Seriously, what the fuck? Sorry I don't live up to his hypersonic speed standards; I happen to be human and live on Earth. I held my tongue but I was so angry that I saw red. I should have said something. Something like "Sir, you were rude to me. I'm not going to serve you. Please go to another cashier." At the same time, when I get blindingly mad, I can't speak proper sentences. Fucking asshole.

Five minutes later, my supervisor was figuring out what was going on with the other cashier's till. We were discussing while I was cashing some guy out, which made me a little slower than usual. But then, the guy said "Could you not talk please." The choice of words and the tone was so rude. Yes, I was distracted and trying to multitask, but you don't have to be rude to get my attention.

Some people don't have any decency at all.

PS. The best question I get is: Do you work here? No, I just like to wear the uniform with a name tag while stocking shelves/putting sale labels up/facing the aisles for fun.
